My husband is going out for a week with an increment of Id love to be a little more attractive when he gets back .. ergo is it feasible ?? I have recently purchased some dumbbells, an exercise bike and some repast replacement shakes (mp maxelle which is low in sugar and high up to the minute protein).. this is my draw up:stock: break bread- banana and black coffee , lunch- meal substitution shake + apple, dinner-meal replacement shake + some untried vegetables .Exercise- morning - 20 minuite toning workout , afternoon- on to or onto mile stride, evening - 20 mins cardio and stretches .what do you think ??donalds helpmate manifestly just let herself go, Archaic peradventure because her husband was a git who depressed her . luckily for me we dont have 'twinkies' in the uk !

A family member was gracious enough to buy a cheap replacement car for me, but the inside REEKS of cigarette smoke! I can barely stand it! I am severely allergic to cigarette smoke, and not only was the smell horrendous, but the smoke residue/smell was setting off my asthma...As soon as I got it home I sprayed the seats with Febreeze, the used both Oust air sanitizer and Citrus Fresh brand industrial air deodorizer/smell eliminator... but the smoke OVERPOWERED all THREE of them!I did some research and people try a lot of things:Coffee grounds in a sock left in the carBowl of orange rinds left for a twosome daysBowl of distilled blanched vinegar left championing a couple days.Boxes of baking soda and/or scrubbing splash/bareness up carpet cleanser.I even heard of lighting coffee grounds forth spiritedness to obtain rid of the scent..What worked for you? What didn't?I plan towards clean the car down to the ground, including the zest/headboard... I just want tips that worked for you.Thanks!
