If you own a cafe is it best to have your own blends from a local coffee roaster named bepresenting your cafe, such as Dickie's Blend from Seven Hills Coffee Company made especially for Dickie's Cafe? What really strikes a cord next to clients, receiving Seattle's Best/Caribou or your own blend? I am being told that it is best to afford guests with a name brand coffee such as Caribou or Seattle's Best rather than a Signature compound that is fresh roasted conspicuously for your Cafe and customers.

As far as what is found in the supermarket? Here in the US, Folgers and Maxwell House are the most popular. As far as coffee houses, it would be Starbucks, and Caribou (notwidhstanding Caribou is not not auite as popular as Starbucks).
