I'll try to make this as short, yet inclusive of relevant information as possible.I'm not a mechanic but know and have done more than the average person. So, the car is a 1993 Pontiac Bonneville SSE. I'm the second owner. It has about 115,000 original miles. Has been maintained well and is in as new of condition as possible.Here goes...It sat for about a week in -19 weather. I had to use it to get groceries. She started up fine. I drove it about a mile and got pulled over. Started back up fine. Drove it about a minute to get a little gas after which it started up fine. Then I set out to the store which took me about an hour. The analog gauge for the charging system read 12-14 volts during this hour long trip. Once into town I stopped to fill up the tank. I tried to start it afterwords and it just clicked. My immediate thought was the battery is shot.This is where I get confused. Battery is a mid size, side post. I had a guy give me a jump. It fired right up, didn't have to wait. Immediately fired.
