I'm not supposed to have any sugar in my diet (like refined sugars) but I heard that if you heat up honey, it turns to sugar. Is this true? If I put honey in my tea or coffee, which would be very hot, would that be just like I'm putting sugar in my coffee/tea?

Does honey turn to sugar when you put it in fervid coffee or tea?
