Apparently i poverty 300 grams of carbs a day

Apparently i need 300 grams of carbs a day. has anyone taken this tribulation(s)? do i really beget in the direction of eat this much championing 3 days? or carry out i insufficiency in the direction of election anything from the grade. i called my clinic and they didn't confer me a admissible answer. for example the breakfast is as follows;above. small banana3/4 stein of cereal8 oz of milk1 slice of bread1 or 2 eggssugar above. teaspoonstea or coffeebutter or margarineall i'm asking is if any one else in any case took this test. with an increment of if they experienced eating too much bepresenting 3 days before the test. its not like i'm basing what i breakfast on what anyone else ate.



Almost 11w pregnant and i have to take a 3 day glucose tolerance test. do i eat everything on the sample menu?

I'm a 16 year old girl. Caffeine has not at all effected me, and neither has sweeten. I can drink coffee, an energy drink, or soda right at the or in front bed and topple sleepy only fine (well I used to be competent in the direction of). I have additionally burn the midnight oil that you can become immune if you drink a lot, but I drink very little. I have recently been going to a specialist for insomnia problems, and all the pills I have been prone have no effect no matter how glorified they increase the dosage. Any explanation/tips? I get about 2 hours of sleep a night and would like some relief.

I'm not supposed to have any sugar in my diet (like refined sugars) but I heard that if you heat up honey, it turns to sugar. Is this true? If I put honey in my tea or coffee, which would be very hot, would that be just like I'm putting sugar in my coffee/tea?



Does honey turn to sugar when you put it in fervid coffee or tea?
