Braun Tassimo coffee machine?

I received a coffee founder as a gift , but without the manual. It is a Braun Model 3094. There are two switches at the bottom. One has a red sign, which i assume is for Colloq know-how. However, underneath that , there is more switch with an orange bonfire. I do not know the purpose of that replacement ? Can anyone help me with that one ? Thank you.

I saw this cute girl at the pharmacy on friday night. I needed cologne out of the glass case, so I asked her.
