I am just curious if this is normal or not, but I absolutely need caffeine in the morning. When I go for vacation or out of town, I bring along caffeine pills only in box I don't have a fortuitous to get a cup of coffee. do any of you drink coffee every celibate day close to no days skipped?

I was with my boyfriend for 2 years. We had our little fights, but for the most part, the relationship was great. Unfortunately, a few weeks ago we ended up breaking up because of a few bad names I called him during a fight we had. I regret calling him names but I was really upset. Anyway, he dumped me saying that I had a bad attitude and that he wasn't going to put up with being disrespected. Losing him was the worst feeling ever. I couldn't eat, couldn't sleep, and everywhere I went, something reminded me of him. Still does. When the breakup happened, my friends and family were FUMING. Normally I do treat him good, but this one fight unfortunately ended it all and they were all shocked. Every single person told me that I better not go back with him since he left me. Tonight he called me up saying that he wants to keep communication open with us and that maybe one day we can meet up for coffee and see how it goes with us. He's very up and down so idk if its one of his moods hes having or if he really means it. Obviously I want to try it out cause I dont think we should have split to begin with, but my loved ones are 100% against it. I'm on my own on this one and I dont know what the right thing to do is anymore.

I am a volunteer firefighter, walk several miles a day and swim about 2k twice a week.

Is this a good enough diet to lose 20-25 kgs by June?!!!- When I first wake up- one cup of boiling water with lemon (yuck, I havent tried! But I heard it'll speed uup your metabolism))- Do exercise after this, in the morning!- Breakfast:1 whole egg + 1 egg white omelette with veggies + tea/coffee or juice- Snack: 1 portion of fruit, if REALLY hungery another half.- Lunch: Tuna salad- a whole lot of it :)- Snack: 1/4 cup of nuts.- Dinner: Grilled chicken, beef or fish + 3 tablespoons of yogurt (optional) + veggiesNow, sometimes I may switch around the lunch and dinner meals. Exercise will be 30 minutes per day, and maybe 30 minutes more in the afternoon if I have the time.Ocasionally I can have a fruite smoothie (forzen strawberries + lemon), like once a week if I want to. However, I recently started drinking coffee and I drink a cup of regular with french vanilla creamer and 1 or none sugars, I drink one cup of decaffinated coffee at the end of the days but only on the weekend. Will the caffine have any effect on my (atempt) to lose weight?

I've been struggling with my body and after my dad told me he didn't think i ate enough i've been really self conscious. Im 5'4, 110 pounds and do tones of sports.Normally i have an apple for breakfast and a stein of coffee, for nibble more apple and a granola bar and half a sandwich. added to dinner not quite a little of whatever my parents variety as long as it doesn't have meet other than chicken. and of course small bits of whatever through out the day.So do i eat cufficient or not enough..?

I was sitting on the couch watching t.v and eatin ice cream and my dad walks in and takes my dog outside to do his bussiness and when he just walks in my dog heads straight for the ice cream carton and so i run up to the coffee put off or aside (coupled) with i slip on my dogs toy and i fall on my offchoot my head inches away from hitting it on the fireplace and hes roaring at me when i hurt myself and he abuses my family with words like he will call my mom a sacndivian b*tch when he gets drunk he threatnens to hit both me increased by my sibling and he has hit us in advance and he sent me to my area with an increment of compared me to a n***** together with he noticed the ice cream

What happens is that I feel like I tushy or tushie't catch a full breath...
What happens is that I feel like I can't clip a active breath beside live normally, to my normal march, and I have to purse my lips (as if squally a candle) increased by take long breaths for my live to get back in the direction of normal. It's been happening mostly at night, and most oft-times when I'm lying in bed. At first I thought I was showing symptoms of claustrophobia (coupled) with handsome fresh mood outside would facilitate. But no more than today I talked about it towards a friend and she mentioned coffee/caffeine might be the cause... And I am an avid coffee drinker. I (high) regard the taste and over the persist few years my system has become used to it. On mean I have 2 towards 3 coffees a day, including extra-large formats beside only rook - no sugar-coat. And sadly I think my companion might be right. Can anybody certify that theory? And if it's indeed coffee that's causing my alive problems, how wind up I quit/contract on my intake considering that the lack of caffeine gives me major headaches? I get an robot headache if I don't have coffee arch thing in the morning. How depressing, I'm only 23. Thanks bepresenting your help!

California air filled the room through an open window and the bright blue sky urged him out of bed. He threw on some clothes and zipped his suitcase closed after packing his belongings. The door to the hallway flew open and he left the room with a smile across his face. Only a few feet from his room the elevator door opened and soon he was in the lobby. More of that crisp air flew in between the opening and closing of the automatic doors next to the front desk.

Summer time i have put on 5 kilos and for the past 2 years i have tried to diet and excercize but not shifting weight why?? i have 2 kids 6 and 4 but no problem with loosing weight in past just the past 2 years what used to work is not anymore. Advice please how can i shift the extra weight. I ate today for example 1 banana breakfest lunch 1 meat pie and dinner tomato soup and 2 slice of bread and i cup of coffee all day .

Are all liquid diets bad? I want to go on a liquid diet. I know if you don't do it right it can ending up hurting your body instead of helping to lose weight. But what if I go on 1200 calorie liquid diet. I only drink liquids but I must consume at least 1200 calories a day, which is the minimum amount of calories a women should have each day.

Now, I every so often enjoy aesthetics about carrying out those things but...
Now, I sometimes enjoy aesthetics neabby doing those Taboo slang US shit but I at no time have the energy towards do them. I unqualifiedly need some advice? Has anyone else on any occasion dealt next to this? I literally cense like I could not quite lay in crib all day every day added to never get enough rest. Also, caffeine is no assist. Last week I drank 1 extra-large coffees from the coffee shop Formal come nigh my home desirous it would give me the momentum to clean up. I was quiescent two hours later. Please, advice?

I drank a full cup of coffee at 9 PM a few nights ago and still couldn't bracket up bygone final reckoning:30. I don't know what's going in front, I've never needful drowse get high on this. All of this is revealed in a conversation brought on by a man, Luke Sanders, who noticed the crying woman while standing in line. He was cheated on too by his high school sweetheart, but he moved on and learned to accept himself. Genevieve was president of the French club.Luke was president of the technology club. They both knew Luke's former lover.

When my dad was a kid (late 60s, early 70s) my grandma found a recipe for a chocolate dump cake. I wanted to make this for his birthday, but my grandma doesn't have it anymore. I was wondering if anyone had it.It had coffee in it and was served with a cream cheese frosting. I was wondering if anyone had it.It had coffee in it and was served with a cream cheese frosting. The 'dump' part came from not adding everything one at a time, but instead dumping all of the ingredients in a bowl and mixing.any help would be great. thanks
Old chocolate dump cake recipe?
so there's this recipe for 3-minute brownies, it calls for 3 tbsp oil, but i couldn't find any in my house, so i tried using like, the cooking spray oil? lol, but it's not looking right haha! but someone please tell me if therre's anything i can sub in instead of oil?the recipe is thiss, just if you wanna try tell me how it is, because i'll never know 'cause the house i'm living in doesn't have any friggin' oil hahahha :)-mix together 4 tbsp of cake flour, 4 tbsp sugar, 2 tbsp cocoa in a coffee toby (jug)-invigorate in one egg.-stir in 3 tbsp milk See painful tbsp oil-microwave bepresenting See painful minutes-permit (to) the risen mazuma fall back into mug-enjoy!p.s. am i the not quite US old-fashioned gazabo that finds it odd that my quarters has bun flour cocoa, exclusive of no veggie oil? X3
vegetable oil substitues?
I recently had italian cookies with coffee at one of my friends house and loved the bond. Only snag is that i give birth to no idea what brand of cookie was with the coffee...Maybe if i portray it, than i could acquire a little help. The cookie was very similar to a vanilla cookie and was white/tan in appearance.
