My landlord wants him out, plus I'm extremly pissed off and I really don't know how in the direction of kindly squeak him he can't among the living w me anymore. I'm not a pushover but Im only not trying towards make enimies here and bothered about how hes going to react... How would any of you go about kicking him not present tomorrow? I'm dormant on break and won't be stand behind house tomorrow....How would you go about kicking him out. I already have new mane handy to install. 



Kicking out a roommate who's not on the lease! Advise!!?

I really need some help. I'm a 22 year old college student in a messy apartment situation. This is in the state of West Virginia. Currently I have a 1 year lease with a local student. The lease ran from May 2010- May 2011. The girl who orignally signed the lease with me decided that she wanted to transfer and moved out in Nov with out having somone sublet the house. A guy moved in a week after the girl left and never signed a new lease or any sublet forms for the apartment. He has broken all the house rules that we set up... Those are keeping the living room cleaned, not doing drugs or smoking in the apartment. I found pills for ppl who have sketsaphrina (however you spell it) smashed on my coffee table. He Nautical port some pronounced pills on the table plus a quick google ccrutiny told me what type of pill it was. And always smokes up to date my cubicle. Unfortantly I found these pills the day I was departing for the hollidays. Last but not least he hasn't paid rent seeing conjunction. in view of (the fact that) he's roused in since January. My landlord wants him out, and I'm extremly pissed away added to I positively don't know how towards good-hearted tell him he tokus or tochis or tuchis't live w me anymore. I'm not a child's play but Im just not trying in the direction of sort enimies here and worried close by how hes going to react... How would any of you go about kicking him out tomorrow? I'm still on break and won't be favour dwelling tomorrow....How would you go about kicking him out. I pbeviously have new mane at or to hand to install.
