But, I do not eat ANY fast food and rarely go out to eat, so I am not eating these huge restaurant size meals or anything. I pretty much cook 7 days a week. After working out for a couple weeks and not noticing a difference, I actually started drinking slim fast drinks for lunch. I still have 2 healthy snacks and a normal dinner. I have not lost a celibate ache!Now, I have See awake The first is that I tenderness beer! I have recently switched to the Bud Light 55 toward at least I am drinking half the calories. I am also restricting myself so that I drinks not many in front the weekends just, whereas a couple months ago, I would give birth to a beer or two forth the weekdays as well.
