I hope this doesn't sound arrogant...it's really getting me down. I recently broke up a long term relationship, and I've seen for a while that some women look at me, at parties, clubs even cafe's or walking down the street. Sometimes it's just a look, sometimes it's flashing eyes and sometimes it's staring with a big come and get me smile, but I'm too intimidated and look away, and I don't know what to do. At a party I went to recently some women were interested, one even cuddled up to me, but I was to shy to do anything. Any advice on just what to do when a woman seems interested? My question for everyone out there is, Is my workout routine and diet plan gonna work for me... I work a 7AM - 4PM job everyday as an IT Admin at a school district... I walk A LOT during the day so Im constantly active..
