Currently I weigh in at 158 LBS. I am 5' 7 tall and wear a size 14 jean with either a large or x large tee shirt as I am very heavy on top. I gave birth to my son 5 years ago and the weight has slowly been coming off.About 2 years ago I weighed in at approximately 205-210 Lbs and was a size 18.As you can see I lost about 40 lbs in 2 years. I do watch what I eat and do moderate exercises. mostly I do Pilate's for about an hour every other day. At stores or really anywhere I go I park very far from the door. I don't take the elevator or escalator. I take the stairs all the time. I do lots of house work plus I have a job that I'm on my feet and running around all the time. I do eat sweets, especially during that one time a month. But still in moderation. example of my eating habits....Breakfast about 7am : 2 cups coffee alongside 1 teaspoons and See awake creamers up to date each , sometimes I'll sire a cup of quaker oatmeal squares no milk. usually it's just the coffee though.Snack 11:30am : either See awake/2 beaker of canned fruit or one whole piece of fresh fruit.
